They should invent a shower mat that is ’scrubby’, and releases body wash when pressure is applied to it. Less chances of you falling in the shower.

I have a shower mat that is made out of plastic material. After being used in the shower for some time, it has naturally gotten dirty. I have used several cleaners (ie – Tilex Mold and Mildew, Lysol, Comet), but none have been useful. Any suggestions, other than buying a new mat?

And my bathroom shower mat and my washing machine (rubber seals and all) have developed a HUGE amount of mold and mildew. It’s so disgusting. I slipped on the shower mat while trying to step out of the shower and I landed pretty hard on my side…and hit my knee on the way down. Smooth…I know. Nothing popped, my knee wasn’t swollen, and there was no bruising…yet two weeks later my whole knee still really hurts. I dont think its enough to go to the hospital but somethings up…any ideas? I know you aren’t all psychics but I was just wondering if anyone else had a similar problem.
